After a long break between updates the new site is finally finished! We now have a much cleaner design. The new layout is in celebration of moving to a new host. ViewFromTheMirror.com is now proudly hosted by Andrew Blachut.

In a short amount of time we'll have some even more exciting updates, but that's a secret.

It has recently come to my attention that the entire View From The Mirror Quartet has been made available online in Russian by the website 'FictionBook' It is possible to read the books online or download them by book/chapter. The website, which apparently scans the books in has no permission from Ian Irvine to do so however there is little that can be done. You can see for yourself by clicking the links below;

In an email I received from Ian he notified me that 'The torments of the traitor,' book one in 'the song of tears trilogy' went to his editor today and should be out by October this year!

 Yes it's been a slow two months news-wise but things are on the up. You can now download the View From The Mirror Webmate Toolbar from the home page. Fairly useless but download it anyway!

I received an email from Ian Irvine the other day and he told me that Runcible Jones: The Gate to Nowhere  has gone to typesetting.

I typed in www.triune.com in the address bar, meaning to go to Triune which actually has the web address, www.carcharon.com. A 'Coming Soon' message appeared on the screen which means somebody has bought the Triune domain name. I can't see why anybody would buy a triune domain name if not for a website related to Ian Irvine. Could we possibly have another FanSite in our midst?

Ian Irvine will be attending Interaction's WorldCon convention from the 4'th-8'th of August in Glasgow, Scotland. Thanks to Triune for letting everyone know this.

As announced on Triune, The Song of Tears in now a trilogy and working titles have been released. Triune has also announced the Titles of all Ian's Childrens War books and the fact that the series name has changed to Runcible Jones.
